The wonder of the universe

The children experienced the first of the famous Great Stories — the story of how the universe came to be. Wide-eyed, they followed how stars, planets and finally our own Earth emerged from a mysterious beginning.

Cosmic education is one of the cornerstones of Montessori practice: it gives children the larger whole into which all further learning fits — from the solar system to their own place in the world.
